Motivation

To share our experiences these past years in running a social development project (Mondialogo Engineering Project).
One way to share our experience is by writing down our experiences in a paper, and hopefully we can submit it to related conferences or related journal. And, by doing so, I hope this could be our contribution to the academic world.

Title

"Student-led international social development projects: Challenges and the road to better implementation"

Objectives of the paper

1) To highlight the real and potential problems in a student-led international social development projects.
2) To develop a framework that can enhance the effectiveness of student-led organization in contributing in international social development projects.

Our proposed outline for the paper

1) Background (particularly the background related with student-led organizations related with social development projects)
2) History of our student-led organization, our mission and vision
3) Our project and our approaches
4) The difficulties, problem identification in a student-led social development project
5) Framework
6) Conclusions
