Thanks for the update, I thought about it more and its seems Engineering Passion is quite a catchy phrase.
I tried looking up whether slogans should be a sentence or complete, but there are no such rules.
IDAcademy, Engineering passion for social development,
can be understood as
Engineering (V) passion (N),
or as
Engineering (Adj,) passion (N).
Its kinda cool to have two sides to the coin.
I think making slogans has what can be termed as a "poetic license".
Which means, even grammar holds second place if the writer wishes so.
With that said, I think there is no grammatical problem, rather just a preference.
Its good to keep on improving though and we can search for even better options.
This is a good exercise for our team members also.
